Financial Policies

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Individual Nutrition Coaching: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a charge of $100 for initial consultations or $75 for follow-ups.
Online & Group Programs: Refunds are available only within the first 7 days after purchase. Cancellations made after the program start date are non-refundable.

Recurring Payments & Chargebacks

If You sign up for a payment plan, You authorize continued access to Your payment information until the plan is completed.
Chargeback attempts will result in forfeiture of access to all materials and services.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, both parties agree to resolve the matter through Alternative Dispute Resolution or Mediation before filing a lawsuit.

Termination of Access

We reserve the right to terminate Your access to our website and services at our sole discretion if You violate these Terms.
